This award honours original, innovative, and high-quality motion design projects. This could include, but is not limited to:

2D
2D motion projects that use design and motion to communicate ideas.

3D 
Use of 3D elements, including abstract forms, environments, simulations, and design-focused compositions.

Typography & Kinetic Type
Motion design that uses typography as an expressive and communicative element.

Communication & Explainer Motion
Motion design created to explain concepts, information, data, or systems in a clear and engaging way.

Branding, Identity & Title Design
Motion design for brand systems, visual identities, title sequences, and on-screen packages.

Advertising & Branded Content
Motion work created for campaigns, commercials, and promotional content.

UI / UX Motion Design
Motion design that enhances digital products, interfaces, and user experiences through feedback, transitions, and interaction.

Interactive Motion Design
Motion design that responds to user input, real-time data, or generative systems to create dynamic experiences.

Generative & Data-Driven Motion
Motion design created using algorithms, procedural systems, or live data as a core creative element.

Experimental Motion Design
Boundary-pushing work that challenges conventions through new techniques, processes, or conceptual approaches.

Immersive & Spatial Motion Design (AR / VR / Installations)
Motion design created for immersive, spatial, or extended-reality environments.

Who can enter?

You.

If you produce creative work, whether alone or as part of a team, this is for you. If you commission creative work and want to celebrate it, this is for you.

Freelancers, students, studios, small agencies, huge agencies, collectives, creative organisations, ambitious businesses, unofficial groups, weirdos, creatives, designers, strategists, animators, motion designers, digital makers, architects, coders, illustrators, artists, project managers, photographers, tattooists, creative thinkers and chancers.

Entry Process

  1. Explore the categories and select the ones you would like to enter.
  2. Enter your project(s) by the 31st July 2026.
  3. After creating an account, you can save, edit, and submit entries until the deadline.
  4. Projects will meet the jury on the 12th August 2026.
  5. Visit our website on the 11th September 2026 to learn if your work has been shortlisted for an International Creative Award.
  6. Celebrate your achievement at the Awards Ceremony during International Assembly in Scotland on the 13th November 2026 (optional).
  7. Selected projects will be showcased during International Assembly, across social media and INTL channels.
  8. Awarded projects will receive a handcrafted concrete trophy and Recognised projects will receive a bespoke certificate and concrete certificate holder.

What do you win?

Awarded projects will receive a handcrafted concrete trophy created by renowned Glasgow artist Charles Stephen Myatt in collaboration with Warriors Studio. Recognised projects will receive a bespoke certificate and concrete certificate holder.

All shortlisted projects are invited to attend the Awards Ceremony in Scotland on Friday 13th November 2026 to collect their trophy or certificate and celebrate their achievement. Selected projects will also be showcased at the International Assembly festival and featured across social media and INTL channels.

What do you submit?

  1. Title of Project
  2. Short Summary of Project (50 words max)
  3. Longer Description of Project (300 words max)
  4. Upload (max 10) images/videos/files etc which showcases your project. This could be photographs, digital images, drawings, moving image etc. A range of file formats, links, URL’s are accepted.
  5. Project Credits
